Events
I am currently managing a project for Pasture for Life working with livestock farmers who are reducing their reliance on bought in feed and fertiliser, ultimately with a view to work with these 100% Pasture raised hides in the future. Although this means I am currently taking a break from events and making, it means I am forging a strong understanding of the way in which livestock is reared in the UK, supporting farming methods that I believe in and in time being able to support farmers through utilising every part of the carcass.
